E - Coaching

To meet the demands of globalized and fast-moving businesses, Kiddy International have developed a highly flexible E-Coaching service that combines the essential elements of executive coaching with web-based and telephone interactions. The way it works is as follows:


> The Client Sponsor and Coach meet over web-conferencing to discuss the organisation's expectations for the coaching sessions and what they feel the Individual Client should have either achieved or addressed through the coaching.

 

> The Individual Client and Coach then meet face-to-face for at least one session to discuss the Individual's needs and expectations - and of course to build rapport.

 

> As a result of the two discussions above, an Individual Coaching Agreement is drawn up. This specifies the desired outcomes and how they will be measured.

 

> The subsequent  eight sessions between the Individual and Coach, each of 1.5 hours,  are carried out over web-conferencing and/or telephone at a time and location to suit the Individual.

 

> The final stage in the process is a web-based review meeting between the Client Sponsor, the Individual Client and the Coach to ensure that the desired results have been achieved and feedback is exchanged.
